“Fishy” Website

 Hello everyone, in this blog entry, I am going to talk about the “fishy” website that was assigned to me during my class. 

The website is about Dehydrogen Monoxide 

When I first accessed the site that was assigned to me, I genuinely thought that there is a toxic chemical called “Dehydrogen Monoxide” because of the difficult words the site was using and furthermore,  people who has no knowledge about science may easily believe. 


What was the aim of the website? 

I came to the conclusion that the website was trying to gain income through fundings from people who believe “Dehydrogen Monoxide” must be banned globally. The site contains false information about how toxic “Dehydrogen Monoxide” is and that it is used on most of the products that we use in a daily basis. But for people who has scientific knowledge, “Dehydrogen Monoxide” is simply water. So people who has no knowledge about the “chemical substance” they are terrified of what the substance would do to them making them fund the site to spread awareness.

Results of my survey

 Hello everyone! In this post, I will be analyzing the results of the survey I conducted. In my survey, I had 11 questions regarding if they belong to a religious group and their other experiences with religious discrimination. I had 10 responses and the results was what I thought it would be.  The pictures below are the results of my survey.   In one of my questions, which is “If you think religious is a factor of conflict, why do you think so?”, there were interesting responses. Such as Religion is diverse and everyone has different opinions about certain religion, and it cannot be bend. Middle East countries has wars because of religion In conclusion, the responses to my survey was what I expected it to be. Religious discrimination and society

 Hello everyone! In this entry, I will be mainly talking about how religious discrimination could affect the society, eventually answering questions no. 9 to 15 of my 30 research questions.  As I noticed from the result of my survey, religious discrimination is not a big issue in Japan. However, it is still a big issue globally, especially in The United States where many ethnicities of people live in.
